Shipping, Delivery Collections & Returns

Nationwide Delivery 

We use sustainable packaging comprised of reusable wool insulation and recyclable non-toxic ice packs, keeping your meat cold/frozen for over 48hrs. We aim to get your produce to you next day where possible but please allow 1-4 working days just in case we're super busy on the farm. 
Please note we only post Monday-Thursdays. This is to accommodate any delays with the shipping provider & ensures your produce is still frozen when it arrives.

Orders placed Mon-Weds before 6pm are dispatched the next day.

Orders placed Mon-Tues after 6pm are dispatched two days later.

Orders placed after 6pm Wednesday or anytime Thursday are dispatched on the following Monday.

 

Our Nationwide Delivery charges are:
​- Orders up to 15KG - £15.49

- Orders 15KG-30KG - £19.99

While we aim for prompt despatch, we are not responsible for DHL’s processing and shipping service, including any delays, errors, or disruptions that may occur once your order has been handed over to the courier.

We want to have a minimal impact on the planet with everything we do, this is why we have carefully chosen a shipping materials which use natural, recyclable products such as wool insulation.
Help us recycle by sending back your wool insulation and ice packs for us to use again or if your local, simply hand them back to us upon your next delivery. 

Local delivery

We currently offer FREE local delivery in selected PE postcodes. If your address starts with any of the following, you’re in one of our free-delivery zones:

Note - the checkout page may initially show a delivery cost. 

To obtain free delivery, please enter your post code at checkout, select 'Continue to delivery options' and then choose free delivery.

Our delivery days are:

  • Tuesday

  • Friday
     

Our delivery time slots are:​

  • 2-4.30pm

  • 6-8pm
     

We occasionally add extra delivery slots too.
When purchasing on our website, simply select your preferred delivery date and time at the checkout from the options available. 

 

Please note that we are unable to provide an exact delivery time within your chosen slot.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, we are unable to leave frozen produce unless you have provided specific instructions at the time of purchase or contacted us via email beforehand.

If you have instructed us to leave your delivery in a designated safe location or with a neighbour, please be advised that these will be placed without a box or ice packs, and we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage.

Should we be unable to complete the delivery, we will reach out via email or phone to arrange an alternative delivery slot.

Farm life can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to meet your requested delivery date and time, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your delivery as scheduled, we will promptly contact you via email or phone to arrange an alternative delivery slot.

Collections

Unfortunately, at this current time, we are unable to offer collections from the farm. We're currently working on a solution for this so keep an eye out on our website and social media for when this becomes available. 

Returns

If you have any concerns about your chicken, please reach out to us immediately—we’re committed to making things right. Your health and happiness are our top priorities.
