We are absolutely passionate about the planet, regenerating our land, and the welfare of all our animals.

Everything we do here at Castors Pastures is done with the consideration of the soil, the pastures, and the animals at the very heart of it, encouraging biodiversity both on the ground and above it. From our pasture-raised chickens to our wild venison and the bees that call our fields home, each part of what we do works together to support a healthier, more balanced ecosystem.

We strive to teach others about the benefits of pasture-raised farming, ethical methods of raising animals, and the nutritional health benefits it brings to the food we eat.
