Our Christmas cockerels are frozen the same day as they are processed, preserving the exquisite taste and quality, so your bird is ready whenever you are. Being larger birds, they need a little longer to defrost, so please plan ahead for the big day (see Storage & Defrosting info).
Non-Halal: Our Christmas cockerels are non‑halal and is processed without any religious slaughter practices.
