Castors Pastures Natural Pure Honey - 227g
Straight from our hives here in Castor, Cambridgeshire, this is honey the way nature intended - foraged by our bees from the wildflowers and pasture blossoms across our fields and surrounding areas.
No chemicals, no additives - just honey as pure as it comes. Being raw, it keeps all the natural goodness intact: the enzymes, the pollen, and the full depth of flavour that gets lost in more heavily processed honey.
Each jar is cold-spun and gently strained to remove the wax, while keeping all that natural pollen and flavour intact - no shortcuts, just honey as it comes from the comb.
Our very first batch was taken from the hives on 6th August 2026 and extracted the following day, on 7th August - a true taste of this summer, straight from our fields to your table.

Golden, sweet and smooth with the taste of summer, our multi-floral blossom honey carries notes of the wildflowers and pasture plants across our fields, with a subtle, delicate hint of spearmint from the lime trees dotted around the village. A truly local flavour, shaped by the land it comes from.
