Superb depth of flavour, colour and weight. The bird had impressive heft to it, firm, genuinely meaty, something you rarely find anymore. Cooked low and slow as suggested, no shrinkage at all when cooked. The meat carved beautifully. Honestly some of the best chicken we’ve had in a very long time. Excellent service and delivery. Highly recommended.
