As with all wild venison, the haunch is low in fat, high in protein, and a natural source of iron, B vitamins, and essential minerals.
This cut performs beautifully whether cooked whole or divided into steaks. Roasting yields a tender centre with rich flavour, while pan‑searing or grilling haunch steaks brings out its bold, robust character. Frozen Fresh:
Upon being butchered and hung for 48 hours, our venison is frozen, preserving the exquisite taste and quality.
