Venison Diced
Prepared from the leaner sections of the shoulder and hind leg, our diced venison offers deep, robust flavour and a firm texture that softens beautifully during slow cooking. Each piece is hand‑cut to ensure consistent sizing, even cooking, and a clean, lean finish.
As with all wild venison, diced cuts are low in fat, high in protein, and naturally rich in iron, B vitamins, and essential minerals.T
his cut excels in dishes that benefit from long, gentle heat - stews, casseroles, braises, and slow‑cooked sauces - where the meat becomes tender and develops a rich, game‑forward depth. It also works well in hearty pies or paired with root vegetables, red wine, juniper, or herbs like thyme and bay.
Diced venison is a versatile staple for comforting, flavour‑driven meals, offering both nutrition and the distinctive character of wild game.

Our deer are wild‑shot using ethical practices and lead‑free ammunition, ensuring both animal welfare and the cleanest possible meat. Because they live entirely on natural forage - woodland browse, pasture plants, and seasonal vegetation.
The resulting venison is beautifully tender, nutrient‑dense, and unmistakably wholesome.
All our deer are fully traceable - we know exactly when, where and who it was shot by and how.
